The Challenge:
Telus is a sponsor of the Canadian Grand Prix, the 3-day F1 event that is Montrel's largest annual tourist event. Telus needed a way to manage the invitation of VIPs and clients to its "Elite Suite" over 3 days from the invitation lists of several business divisions. The system would need to monitor invitee RSVPs, and to arrange tickets and accommodations for the out of town visitors. Response tracking was of utmost importance as every single ticket counted for this major international event.
The Solution:
The LoGograph solution "was seamless and extremely well managed, we surpassed our attendance expectations and I certainly look forward to working with this group of professionals in the near future." (Beth Appleton, Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, TELUS Enterprise Marketing).
LoGograph consulted with Telus liaisons to develop a method for many different divisions to deliver their invitee lists consistently. Lists were verified in a custom database, without losing their segmentation by division and by dates invited. Dynamic e-invites were created for each combination of days invited, in both English and French. From their secure LoGograph account, our client could track response to the invitations in real time, manually update the RSVP lists, and keep running totals on tickets and accommodation requests by day and date. LoGograph reported bounced emails for Telus to follow up so no recipients were "missed". Finally, Telus could Export the RSVP list to its box office while hiding sensitive personal information. The efficient result streamlined and coordinated the efforts of 6 business divisions into one event management solution.
